We have two weeks during the season when children with their parents are welcome at Le Grand Fougueyrat. Our 40 acres of beautiful countryside provides an ideal playground for them to explore!
They will join in the fun with us 'older kids' including our .22 rifle shooting competition and the Clay Pigeon shoot (if they are big enough - not just old enough!). Canoeing down the beautiful Dordogne river is also popular with the children as is Go-Karting and swimming in our 19 metre figure of 8 swimming pool. All this means that you can relax and enjoy yourselves in the knowledge that they are safe, occupied and happy.
The two weeks we are offering for Families next year (2006) are week commencing Thursday April 13th and week commencing Tuesday August 22nd. (Our weeks normally run from Tuesday to Tuesday to accomodate cheaper flights into Bergerac Airport). However, any week can become a Family week if you have enough people to take over the whole place, i.e. 10 bedrooms.
For details of our tariff, please refer to the Tariff and Availability page. Prices for children sharing their parents room or staying in our 'Tented Village' are £200 for April, and £265 in August. Children who choose to have their own room, will be charged at the standard adult rate.
