Join us on our unique weight loss holidays for a week/fortnight of fun packed activity from morning till night, so that you'll soon forget the purpose of your break was to shed those excess pounds - until you get on the scales at the end of the week that is!
You will be hosted by Tony and Jos, who will ensure you have a delicious, healthy balanced evening meal and a glass of wine from their own vineyard (yes, it is allowed in moderation!) Your weight loss coach, Sharon, will greet you on the first morning to tell you all about what the week has in store, and give you an opportunity to meet your fellow 'slimmers'. Here you will also be introduced to a great new, healthy, nutritional way to lose weight safely and effectively, which is guaranteed to work.
On going support and lots of encouragement will be provided during your stay, not only from Sharon, but from each other. The great thing about our 'fat camp' is that there are no gruelling fitness regimes to follow, although you may wish to take advantage of the onsite facilities like Badminton, Tennis, Volleyball (with a difference!) or just enjoy a swim in our unique figure of 8 swimming pool or relax in the Jacuzzi with a glass of something cool?
Other activities include Clay Pigeon Shooting, .22 Rifle Shooting, both of which would cost you a fortune to try back home and are great fun if nothing else! Weather permitting, every Friday we canoe down the beautiful Dordogne River, stopping for a snack half way opposite the picturesque village of Roque Gageac. There are also many other places of interest to visit within our locality and plenty of things to do. (See our Home page and 'About us' to find out more).
All in all, you are guaranteed to have a great time at Le Grand Fougueyrat, with the added bonus of being with like minded people all wanting to lose weight together, maybe for that special occasion like a daughter/son's wedding, a once in a life time holiday or just for yourself, to make you look and feel better!
